Lucent Teeth Whitening  FAQ

✨ The Experience

What is Lucent Teeth Whitening?
Lucent is a premium cosmetic whitening experience designed to lift years of surface stains and restore natural brightness — all in under an hour. We combine high-grade cosmetic gels with our signature Lucent LED system for visible results in one visit, without discomfort or downtime.

How is Lucent different from whitening strips or toothpaste?
Those at-home options lightly polish the surface. Lucent treatments work deeper into the enamel’s outer layer, using controlled light activation and carefully balanced cosmetic gels for noticeably stronger results — still with zero dental procedures involved.

Is this a dental treatment?
No. Lucent is a cosmetic service, not a dental or medical procedure. All products used are cosmetic-grade and applied topically by Lucent-certified professionals.

Does it hurt?
Most clients feel no pain — only mild warmth or tingling. Sensitivity, if any, is temporary and easily soothed using our post-treatment Lucent Shield™ serum, included after every session.

How long does a session take?
Most treatments take 20–30 minutes. Extended “Signature” and “Platinum” sessions can run closer to 45 minutes for those seeking maximum brightness.

🦷 Results

How white will my teeth get?
Every smile is different, but clients typically notice a visible boost after their first session — often several shades brighter. Additional sessions or periodic touch-ups help maintain your ideal shade.

How long do results last?
On average, results last 3–6 months, depending on lifestyle and diet. Avoiding dark foods and drinks (coffee, wine, cola) helps extend longevity.

Will crowns, veneers, or fillings change color?
Cosmetic whitening brightens natural enamel only. Existing dental work will not change shade, but blending often makes differences less noticeable.

💡 Before & After

What should I do before my appointment?
Brush and floss beforehand, and arrive with clean teeth free of heavy lipstick or gloss.

What should I avoid afterward?
For the first 24 hours, skip dark or acidic foods and drinks (coffee, red wine, berries, tomato sauce). You can drink water after 15 minutes and eat lighter foods after about an hour.

What if I notice sensitivity later?
Apply Lucent Shield™ to calm the enamel surface. It’s a clear, no-rinse serum that seals and re-hydrates the tooth surface while adding a smooth, glossy feel.
